Brittany brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in the political arena, having effectively strategized and managed fundraising efforts for political campaigns across state, local, and national levels, as well as non-profit organizations. Her expertise extends to developing deep relationships and advising on strategic direction to strengthen campaigns.

Before establishing her consulting business, Brittany made significant contributions as the Director of Development for the NewDEAL, where she played a pivotal role in doubling the organization's annual revenue. Notably, she served as Congresswoman Kathleen Rice's Finance Director from 2014 to 2017, achieving a record-breaking $1.5 million raised in the first quarter of 2014 and securing over $8 million during her tenure.

Furthermore, Brittany's impactful career includes her role as Finance Manager for Mayor Bill de Blasio in 2013, where she helped orchestrate the successful raising of over $15 million for his campaign and transition. Her experience also encompasses serving as the Deputy Political Director in Pennsylvania for Obama for America in 2012, where she masterminded and executed high-profile surrogate and principal trips, press conferences, and events, including organizing a grassroots concert with Bruce Springsteen, a campaign rally with Alicia Keys, and events featuring Michelle Obama and then Vice-President Joe Biden, among others. Additionally, Brittany served as the Deputy Finance Director for former Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear on his 2011 re-election bid.
